CS Manager · A Byte of Everything

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026
The short version: your game progress lives on your device. If you turn on Cloud Save, your Google account email and a save file are stored so you can restore your progress. Ads are served by Google AdMob under its own policy. There is no analytics SDK, and nothing about you is sold.

CS Manager ("the app") is developed and published by A Byte of Everything (com.mani.csmanager). This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

1. Data stored on your device

Your game progress — squad, recruits, manager level, cash, settings — is stored locally on your device. It stays there unless you enable Cloud Save. The app does make three kinds of outbound request regardless: ads if you ask for one (Section 6), fonts on first launch (Section 8), and the server checks in Section 3.

2. Cloud Save (optional)

If you sign in with Google in Settings → Cloud Save, the app collects and stores:

This data is used solely to back up and restore your game progress. It is encrypted in transit, is never sold, never shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or analytics.

Cloud Save is entirely optional. The full game works without signing in.

3. Server-side checks and multiplayer

Some things cannot be decided safely on a device, so the app calls Google Cloud Functions. These run only while you are signed in, and each does only the job named:

The league leaderboard is public. If you enter the Clutch Striker League, the display name you choose and your results are visible to other players. That is the only information the app makes public, and entering is your choice.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; the app is told only that a purchase succeeded, so the item can be granted. We never see your card details. Google keeps its own record of the transaction, which we cannot delete on your behalf — your Google account tools cover that.

5. Deleting your cloud data

6. Advertising

The app shows rewarded ads served by Google AdMob, and only when you choose to watch one for a reward. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, under Google's Privacy Policy. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalised ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. The game is fully playable without ever watching an ad.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through Cloud Save, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Fonts

On first launch the app downloads its typefaces from the Google Fonts CDN (fonts.gstatic.com) and caches them locally; later launches make no further font requests. Google Fonts has its own privacy notice.

9. Data security

Cloud data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted to your authenticated account.

10. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised.
